"A Beekeeper's Diary, Self-Guide to Beekeeping"
"A Beekeeper's Diary" $34.95 including autograph and shipping to continental US.
My how far this has come from the early days in 2012 when I pulled together a loose leaf "diary" for my first beginning beekeeping classes. Since then, the diary has evolved into a combination beginning beekeeping book and handy collection of charts and check lists to make the beginning beekeeping process easier - and hopefully kind to the wallet.
A Beekeeper's Diary covers a variety of subjects including:
How to naturally feed honey bees
Best beekeeping equipment
Where to set up hives
How to get honey bees
How to manage pests and diseases
The paperback book also includes a suggested month to month beekeeping calendar and black and white illustrations.
This new book has been reviewed and approved by the Great Plains Master Beekeeping program. It will be recommended for use with my beginning beekeeping classes. The book also stands alone for those who can't easily access or participate in beginning beekeeping classes.
Did you like it? Please leave a review, thanks!
A Beekeeper's Diary is also available as an ebook.
